Okay, a little history as to where the name “Auxiliary Cinema” comes from. SelfSays aka Charles Vann is another one of my friends with incredible talent. Charles is a writer and artist to the core. And when I heard him say, “auxiliary cinema” one time in one of his ruff raps- I knew it was a name I liked and immediately felt like it could be something that would represent me and what I do very well. I had to have the name. I begged him for use of the name, and bartered a bit too.

Shooting this video for the song “Rollercoaster”, was awesome and another step towards something I haven’t done before. I used a projector to help tell the “roller coaster” story, flashing images onto Charles himself, and the wall behind him. This song is from a great project produced by DJ HouseShoes, called “Let It Go”. I’m glad I could produce this video in support of his release.
